- Soft padding is provided for better comfort
- Side bars for medio-lateral stability
- Two semi rigid posterior bars to limit the flexion of the knee
- Hook and loop closures for easy application, removal and adjustment
Indications
- To prevent buckling of knee while weight bearing
- Post operative conditions which require knee immobilisation in complete extension
- As weight bearing assist in paediatric patients for preliminary management
Eg: Cerebral palsy, Post residual paralysis
